Travellers' Information Desk / Lost Property

The Travellers' Information Service, located on the ground floor of International Arrivals, is the first point of contact for visitors to Melbourne to find out about the latest events, tours and must-see destinations in Victoria and Tasmania.

It is also the first point of contact for all airport visitors issues – including lost and found/lost property and special needs requirements, ensuring that your time at Melbourne Airport a relaxed and enjoyable one.
